Beta Analytic Supports ASOR Annual Meeting as Bronze Sponsor

For the second time, Beta Analytic has joined the American Schools of Oriental Research (ASOR) Annual Meeting roster of sponsors. The annual meeting was held at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco, California, from November 16 to November 19, 2011. As in 2010, Beta Analytic was a bronze sponsor at this year’s event.

Around 800 scholars, students, and other participants joined academic lectures, poster presentations, business meetings, and evening receptions. The ASOR annual meeting highlights the latest news from excavations and historical research in the eastern Mediterranean.

The next ASOR Annual Meeting is slated to take place at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile Hotel in Chicago, Illinois, from November 14 to November 17, 2012.

Located at Boston University, ASOR is a non-profit organization dedicated to the archaeology of the Near East. Its mission is to initiate, encourage, and support research into understanding of the peoples and cultures of the Near East from the earliest of times. It currently has 1,315 individual members, 95 institutional members, and 3 affiliated overseas research institutes.

Beta Analytic’s logo, profile, contact details, and ad were included in the meeting’s program book. Flyers were also distributed at the event. The company thanks Ms. Kelley Herlihy for her assistance in the lab’s advertising activities.
